Abstract
This document provides the Start-up Snapshot template completed by Impact Partner Organizations (IPOs) ahead of implementation of each new cohort of the Young Impact Associate (YIA) Country Program. The Start-up Snapshot serves to update the Inception Report prepared at the outset of the program, based upon learning from program implementation and Foundation-supported cross-country learning and new guidance from the Foundation in the most recent version of The YIA Country Program Handbook.
