- Central to the Young Africa Works strategy, is the Young Impact Associate (YIA) Program which offers a robust curriculum of result-based monitoring and evaluation training, networking activities and mentorship to help carefully selected Impact Associates to gain real-world skills, tools, and experiences needed to amplify impact and lead the next generation of African evaluators. This document provides guidance for YIA curriculum and facilitators of the curriculum. The guidance includes an outline of the Impact Associates selection process, examples for bootcamp agenda, basic course modules, and session outlines.
