Abstract
This note presents a summary of the strategic direction to implement the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works (YAW) strategy in Rwanda. The note aims to ensure that prospective and existing implementing partners, within the strategic sectors or priority areas, will be able to collaborate to achieve the intermediate and strategic outcomes of the new strategy. The note also serves to provide clarity to prospective and existing implementing partners who straddle or cross-cut multiple strategic sectors or priority areas, on how they will fit into the overarching country strategy and the integration effort that will be required.
