Abstract
This briefing note focuses on Ghana and is a country-specific supplement to the Learning Conversations Briefing Note: Cohort One Close-out. The note is intended to share country-level insights from YIAs so that IPOs may understand their perceptions of program strengths, weaknesses, and impact. The briefing note should inform adaptations to programming ahead of cohort one’s graduation, in order to maximize the impact of the program for this group. In addition, it provides country-level data for reflection during the design phase for cohort two.
