Abstract
The "Learning by Doing" video was launched by the Corporate History and Board Communications Team in February of 2024, as part of an internal awareness campaign to boost recognition of the Foundation's values. The video focuses on the importance of working with partners and youth, to ensure that the right people are being included in the decision making process. The EleV Program and the Learn, Earn and Save Initiative are provided as examples of "Learning by Doing", particularly by focusing on a culture of learning, and ensuring the work being done by the Foundation is responding to the needs of our partners, communities, and young people.
