Abstract
The first MasterCard Scholars University Partnership Workshop was attended by fourteen partners and hosted by Michigan State University from October15-17, 2012. Workshop objectives included introducing partners, clarifying expectations, and addressing challenges and opportunities regarding the implementation of the MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program. Desired outcomes also included the development of strong working relationships and the identification of strategies for ongoing collaboration. This summary highlights the partner introductions, key learning areas, action items and take-away messages from the workshop.
