Abstract
The Rwanda Partners’ Convening, which occurred June 15-16th, 2023, gathered over 150 participants from 48 organizations to focus on the theme "Connect, Collaborate and Co-create for Impact". Objectives included recalling the ambitious Country Roadmap (targeting 300,000 youth in work) and advancing the goal of achieving 70% young women in employment through intentional gender mainstreaming. Discussions covered the Impact Framework and Brand Architecture. Partners emphasized integrating Youth Voices and addressing challenges faced by Youth-Led Organizations (YLOs), such as lack of sustainability and technical capacity. Key recommendations included creating centralized data repositories to avoid duplication and establishing cross-mentorship between mature organizations and YLOs.
