Abstract
This brief describes the characteristics of The MasterCard Foundation Scholars at FAWE Rwanda who joined the Program in 2014. The data sheds light on the Scholars’ characteristics, goals and early experiences in the Program, to learn if and how the Program is meeting their needs. The data will also be used for an impact evaluation of the Scholars Program at FAWE Rwanda. The last section of this brief describes how the baseline data will be used in ongoing evaluation efforts.
