Abstract
The purpose of this mapping exercise was to produce a comprehensive visual that would summarize in a simple and compelling way the Foundation's key learning Processes, Products, and Networks (learning elements) and the Information Technology (IT) Systems that enable them. The map provides a snapshot of the status of learning at the Foundation at December 2013 and as such can be used to describe how the Foundation was approaching supporting and learning at that time. It also serves as a diagnostic tool to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. If regularly updated, the map may document the evolution of learning at the Foundation over time.
