Abstract
The National Tourism Action Plan for Ethiopia – Tourism Fund Design outlines the creation of a fund to address key challenges in Ethiopia’s tourism sector. It targets constraints like inadequate infrastructure, limited skilled labor, and underdeveloped assets. Ultimately, it seeks to make Ethiopia a top-five African tourist destination by 2025.
