Abstract
The Scholars Program’s overarching objective at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) is “to educate and develop the next-generation leaders who are committed to giving back to their communities”. This mid-term review presents the findings of the implementation of the Scholars Program at KNUST, focusing on five key areas: program implementation; efficiency and performance vs. plan; institutional context and support; scholar experience and satisfaction; and considerations for the future.
