Abstract
This short version of the mid-term evaluation of the Anzisha-at-Scale Grant Program was prepared by the Technopolis Group to assess the effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, impact and sustainability of Anzisha-at-Scale, and provide targeted recommendations to inform future interventions, in particular the potential for the scale-up of services. The evaluation took a mixed methods approach including both quantitative and qualitative methods covering interviews, surveys, desk research, benchmarking, country case studies and the development of a Theory of Change for the evaluation. The evaluation was therefore wide ranging and has produced a rich set of findings and recommendations for the organization going forward at 2017. This report provides a summary of these main findings and recommendations.
