Abstract
This January 17, 2017 Media Release, announces a cooperation agreement between the World Bank Group and the Mastercard Foundation, valued at $1 million, with the microfinance institution FINCA in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Under this agreement, FINCA will expand access to credit and digital financial services for low-income people and small-scale entrepreneurs.
