Abstract
This December 3, 2021 Media Release announces that Light for the World Uganda, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program, today launched an online platform, Cap-Able, which will enable higher education institutions, primarily Scholars Program Partner Universities, to become more disability inclusive.
