Abstract
This Media Release, published on September 26, 2025, discusses the African School of Governance (ASG) launching its first of a kind Pan-African Master of Public Administration (MPA) cohort, designed to cultivate transformative governance and homegrown policy solutions. Co-founded by H.E. Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda, and H.E. Hailemariam Desalegn, former Prime Minister of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, this MPA will offer a unique opportunity for students to learn from a wide range of the continent's most prominent scholars, policy makers and government leaders.
