Abstract
This document contains remarks for Jim Leech at the Opening of the 2018 Scholars Program Learning Convening held on October 24th, 2018. The remarks discuss the theme of New Pathways to Impact: Transitions in the Scholars Program, including what 'successful transitions' look like and are we doing enough of the ‘right things’ to facilitate the aspirations and expectations we have for Scholars.
