Abstract
The purpose of this research note is to map the extent of focus on various skills important for the future of work in secondary education curricula in different African countries. The skills addressed in this mapping are among those identified as priorities in the Secondary Education in Africa report and include: digital skills, technical and vocational skills, entrepreneurial skills and business skills, and work readiness skills. This paper was prepared for the Mastercard Foundation report, Secondary Education in Africa: Preparing Youth for the Future of Work.
