Abstract
This paper explores the capabilities, values, and challenges faced by young mothers participating in youth entrepreneurship programs in Tanzania and Uganda. It highlights the importance of understanding participants' characteristics, experiences, and socio-economic conditions to effectively translate entrepreneurship education into meaningful livelihood opportunities for vulnerable and out-of-school youth.
