The toolkit outlines the benefits of this model for both FSPs (e.g., increased efficiency and outreach) and clients (e.g., convenience). It also provides a step-by-step guide for implementation and highlights essential prerequisites and potential challenges. The case study of Musoni Kenya illustrates a successful implementation of this model.
