- Abstract
- This report presents the findings of the final evaluation of the Financial Literacy Training (FLT) and Innovation Bursary Program (IBP) components of this program in Ghana. More specifically, the evaluation focused on the FLT and IBP program components implemented in three of four Ghanaian regions targeted by the program- the Central, Northern and Upper East Regions. The evaluation report is presented in two volumes- Volume I presents the evaluation findings, options for scaling up and recommendations for each of the two components evaluated and Volume II contains the appendices- detailed district-level data on the FLT and IBP, the data collection tools utilized with the various stakeholder groups, the field mission schedule and the list of people who were consulted during the evaluation.
