Abstract
This report details a phone survey conducted in Rwanda assessing the effects of COVID-19 school closures on secondary head teachers and teachers. Conducted for the Mastercard Foundation’s Leaders in Teaching initiative, the study examined distance learning support (including ICT access), Continuous Professional Development (CPD), and school preparedness for reopening, noting resource gaps among non-excellence schools.
