Abstract
This document provides background on the Mastercard Foundation COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience Program and includes a call for expressions of interest from partners, Indigenous communities, and other Indigenous-serving organizations and institutions to submit their needs in terms of 1) weathering and responding to the short-term impacts of the pandemic (in harmonization with existing supports available through the Government of Canada and others); as well as 2) address the requirements for recovery and resilience of Indigenous youth, communities, and supportive institutions.
