Abstract
The document intends to refresh initial diagnostics, re-examine assumptions and approaches for the long-term plan of transitioning 10 million young women and men in Ethiopia into dignified and fulfilling work. To initiate work under Young Africa Works Ethiopia, the Foundation conducted a Country Diagnostic Analysis in 2019. Almost two years on and following many changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other factors including civil unrest, the Foundation has engaged in this Reimagining Exercise.
