Abstract
This report summarizes the findings and recommendations of the mid-term evaluation of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program (Mastercard FoundationSP) at the University of Toronto. Data for the evaluation were collected through interviews with Scholars, Alumni, faculty and staff during a site visit to the University's St. George Campus in November 2017; an online survey of Scholars and Alumni; and extensive document review.
