Abstract
This report summarizes the findings and recommendations of the mid-term evaluation of the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program (Mastercard FoundationSP) at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Data for the evaluation were collected through interviews with Scholars, Alumni, faculty and staff during a site visit to the University's Vancouver Campus in November 2017; an online survey of Scholars and Alumni; and extensive document review.
