Abstract
The findings show a statistically significant increase in the use of improved seeds and vaccination services by participants. Line-sowing cultivation increased, while mixed-cropping decreased. Positive spillover effects were observed for the adoption of modern technologies like improved seeds and line sowing. However, no significant short-run impact was found on commercialization or self-reported welfare, although participants had smaller monthly food expenditures. The study suggests that while the program encourages the adoption of modern technology, longer-term impacts on productivity and welfare may be forthcoming.
