- Abstract
- This article, published on June 3, 2018, includes a case study of the Leaders in Teaching initiative, which addresses Africa’s urgent youth employment challenge by improving secondary education quality. The program focuses on four pillars—Recruit, Train, Lead, and Motivate—to invest in teachers and school leaders. Launching in Rwanda, the goal is to impact at least 250,000 secondary students.
