- Abstract
- During the Foundation's 2024 Community Week (February 5-9th, 2024), the Corporate History and Board Communications Team interviewed staff at each Office Location to discuss one of three topics: Moments of Impact, Future Vision and Living our Values. The Future Vision videos invited staff to look towards the future, and describe the kind of impact they hoped to see the Foundation make in the world. Staff support of this initiative was well received, with over 80 staff members interviewed, and 65 videos produced. In May of 2024, these videos were published to the Foundation's internal COMPAS website to further support staff engagement, and to promote how the our history continues to support Foundation work today.
