Abstract
This report explores how young people living in Sub-Saharan Africa view and access employment opportunities in growth sectors such as agri-business, green growth, ICT, and financial services. From a youth perspective, the report identifies key obstacles to overcome and key levers to utilize when accessing employment. The Youth Think Tank results emphasize a profound desire for increased dialogue with leadership and access to decision-making processes, both within their communities and with organizations that exist to serve youth.
